Lydia developed the communications engagement plan that allowed our very small team to have maximum impact for our 10000 staff world wide. She sensitively worked with people in a multicultural, mutilingual environments, with hugely varying levels of digital savvy, helping them feel empowered and themselves able to go on to teach and lead others.
