Oxfam Novib

For five years now, the owner of Aidylistic, Lydia Stilma, has been giving internal communication advice to Oxfam Novib on an interim and freelance basis, including communication advice on Oxfam Novib’s journey towards its transformation into a project-oriented organization, its integrity program and the ATLAS open-data/IATI project browser.

As the project manager, Lydia Stilma was responsible for setting up Oxfam Novib’s intranet in 2016. She also gives internal communication advice on how to encourage the use of internal digital platforms (HR, communication and ICT) and community management.
